Knowledge 2021 Raffle Terms and Conditions
Promotion Description:
The Cask K21 Raffle is administered by Cask LLC. The raffle will grant one winner daily with the choice of a GOPRO HERO 9 or DrinkWorks Home Bar. Raffle winners will be randomly selected between May 11-May 13 and May 18-20, 2021.
Eligibility:
All persons who watched at least one Cask session on or downloaded any content on Cask’s K21 Channel will be automatically entered into the raffle.
Release:
By receipt of this prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Cask LLC and their respective subsidiary, and affiliate companies, supplies, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Raffle or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy:
Cask LLC will not use the Raffle winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinion, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further permission.
