In Sept. 2023, Vertex introduced the newest evolution of My Vertex – expanded beyond HR, payroll & stock to become a centralized location for all service needs and support. In listening sessions, employees shared accessing information and services had become increasingly fragmented and frustrating. As the company scaled for the future, it needed a solution that created a unified, simplified experience, eliminated complexity, bridged gaps across teams and streamlined access to services. My Vertex, a personalized portal with 3M views in four years and a 90% positive feedback rating, became the solution.
