  • ITOM (IT Operations Management): Cask conducted a current state assessment, followed by remediation of critical IT operations. This included implementing ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors, providing a holistic view of the client’s IT environment across on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • ITAM (IT Asset Management): Cask implemented the ServiceNow ITAM Software Asset Management application, involving normalization of data services, activating the SAM Professional Module, and integrating with top SaaS providers.
